Save U.S. actors' jobs, Sopranos' Ralphie says

Joe Pantoliano, who played the mobster Ralphie Cifaretto on "The Sopranos," says the U.S. government should be doing more to encourage filmmakers to keep production in the country and thereby secure American actors' jobs.
